Privacy

In short: your numbers are yours. We store what you log so we can show it to you. We sell nothing and show no ads.

What we store

• Your account: name, email and an encrypted password, or your Google account.
• Your profile: year of birth, height, weight, goal, pace, how active you are, eating style and whether you're breastfeeding.
• What you log: food, drinks, water, weigh-ins, body fat, body measurements and photos.

Weight, body fat, body measurements, breastfeeding and photos of you are health data. We only store them because you gave your explicit consent when you created your profile.

Photos

All photos are stored privately with Cloudflare in the EU. No one else can see them through a link. Photos of food and of your scale are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to make an estimate or read the number. Photos of yourself are never sent to AI and never shown to anyone else. We remove location and other metadata from every photo when it's stored.

Together

If you're in a circle with others, they can see your calories today, your meals today with photos, how many days in a row you have logged, and how many kilos you've lost since the start, if you share it. They can never see your weight, your goals or measurements, your body fat or photos of you.

Where your data lives

The database runs on a server with Hetzner in Germany. Emails are sent through Amazon SES in Sweden. AI estimates are made by Anthropic. We have data processing agreements with all of them.

Your rights

You can always see, correct and delete your data. Write to [email protected] and we'll delete your account and everything that belongs to it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
